Surrey’s Friendliest Running Club.

Get a spring in your step. Come join us and run with a smile! Members from all over local area inc. Tadworth, Banstead, Epsom, Kingswood, and Walton-on-the-Hill
Catering for all abilities, parkrunners very welcome. Coaching, fun handicap races, parkruns, races, cross country & socials. If you can jog you can join. From 30 min 5k to 2.30 Marathon – Young and Old all welcome.

Tadworth AC is an England Athletics affiliated running club.

parkrun

You’ll find TAC members, in our distinctive club colours (white hoop on bright green) at both our local parkruns, Banstead Woods and Nonsuch park.

parkruns are a free 5k timed run held on a Saturday at 9:00. All you need to do is register via their website
