They’re good fun, great camaraderie! and a few people make cakes to eat afterwards in the pouring rain!! More details will be sent out to you nearer the time re course routes and travel directions/parking. You don’t need to enter yourself just let the  new captain know you’d like to run. The club pays! You don’t need to be EA registered, just a member of TAC. Trail shoes or spikes usually recommended depending on the course and weather!
Laura Palmer has very kindly offered to take over as the new ladies cross country captain!  PLEASE REPLY TO LAURA if you can compete in any of the races as she will allocate you a number.
Happy Training
